offers elegant aromas of Vanilla pod, cr?me anglaise, and chocolate, with undertones of toasted buttery grain, but without the heavy cloying sweetness of some Vanilla vodkas. Stoli Vanil palate brings a creamy sweetness to the fore, but it is light and balanced, with cocoa powder, white pepper and sweet spicy notes.

One of the world's great reds for both plush softness and super great value for money. Guigal Cotes du Rhone is one of the world's biggest red wine success stories and its makers are on a constant mission of refinement in making this wine a better version of itself with regular work on the blend, the ageing and the overall quality. It's a big dark, smooth and soft textured blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre with the finished wine aged for 18 months in large oak foudres in the northern Rhone, in Ampuis. This town in the Cote Rotie appellation is home to Guigal's top red wines and this humble little sibling joins its more illustriously regarded, higher priced siblings there for its final ageing, pre release.
For this, "The Botanist", small-batch, artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics; orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 wild, native island botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores of this Hebridean island of Islay.
This truly seasonal and exotic cocktail is then slow "simmer" distilled in our unique and cherished Lomond pot-still, "ugly betty". Betty prefers to work at low-pressure and won't be rushed.
So our precious botanicals are slowly and gently coaxed into releasing their complex, signature aromatics. This was a unique project for our head distiller, Jim McEwan. Jim says he had to "learn a new dance" with Betty, and none of us knew what to expect from that first, achingly-slow 17 hour distillation. The result: a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance.
In an age of re-badged industrial gins, the Botanist stands out as a truly artisanal, small-batch, hand-crafted labor of love and distiller's art. A breath of botanical Islay in every glass.
Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, we took our base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then we added an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. This is one of the most unusual spices in the world, with clove and sichuan characters. But although very powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot.
Warner Edwards - We lovingly distil our gin in our beautiful copper still 'Curiosity' using pure spring water from our farm. Our Harrington Dry Gin is infused with fresh Elderflower petals handpicked from the hedgerows on our farm during its short flowering season. The end result is a smooth gin, with a hint of sweet and fragrant summer Elderflower.
40% ABV.
Southward Distilling Co. - There is a place where adventure starts. This wild place is the inspiration for our distillery. Made up of garden grown, wild and traditional botanicals. We are a modern take on distilling inspired by the wild beauty of New Zealand.
Taking it?s inspiration from the ocean, our Wave gin is our take on a more classic style of gin. We wanted to balance our bold Mountain gin with something that gives a nod to what you may be familiar with in a gin.
At a slightly higher proof of 47% to still maintain a boldness in cocktails, we use sugar kelp to give this gin a touch of sweetness, while being balanced with rose, subtle citrus and liquorice root. The Wave is versatile gin for all your cocktails and great for classic gin lovers.
Made in Wellington, New Zealand.
Little Biddy? Gin ? Black Label is characterised by a backbone of distilled local grain spirit, wild water, and hand harvested native botanicals, boasting an elevated sophistication that is truly divine.
Black Label displays a botanical intensity reminiscent of the loftiest heights of the West Coast rainforest and the purest depths of the wild water feeding it. Foraged Watercress, Snow Moss, Kahikatea tips, and Toatoa all deliver a soulful aromatic experience. At 46% ABV, the concentrated distillate ensures brighter, more crystalline flavours awash with volatile aromatics. A sophisticated and layered gin, suited to quiet, contemplative moments, and discerning minds.
Created in honour of Reefton legend little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector. Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.
Combining their scientific know-how with a little wilderness, Coromandel Distilling brought together the conventional and the eccentric, the classic and the unexpected. This is the tradition and art of distilling combined with the magic of the land and the sea.
Coromandel Dry Gin is born from a premium sugarcane alcohol base. The unmatched purity and 'sweet memory' of this base allows the fruity aromas from botanicals such as Pomegranate and Blueberry to perfectly blend with the more spicy as well as the citrus notes.
One third of the twenty carefully selected botanicals are either grown in their very own distiller?s garden or wild foraged. Then distilled in micro-batches in their custom-made 150L Carl still each batch is carefully bottled into no more than 133 individually numbered bottles.
In collaboration with Callaghan Innovation laboratories this gin?s extraordinary and distinctive flavour has been scientifically analysed and confirmed to be bursting with flavours and aromas achieved through a relentless pursuit of perfection.
