We?ve been on a journey to find the pinnacle of NZ hops, so when we discovered experimental Bract NZH-106, we knew we had to brew the perfect beer for it. This quintessential New Zealand pilsner is fresh, bright, and thirst-quenching, with tropical hops and a bready backbone. It?s all down-hill from here, because this trip starts at the pinnacle. 

OUR BOHEMIAN STYLE PILSNER BIER IS BREWED USING IMPORTED FLOOR-MALTED PILSNER MALT, LAGER YEAST AND TRADITIONAL CZECH SAAZ HOPS.

We've been on the hops again... beavering away to create a Pilsner option of our Award winning All Day non-alcoholic IPA, that tastes like a delicious refreshing beer.

100% craft brewed fermented non-alcoholic beer (not alcohol removed). Stonefruit, mojito lime and tropical characters from the Nectaron, Motueka and El Dorado hops for an unmistakably beer finish.  Brewed fermented with lager yeast.  ALL DAY.

Contains no more than 0.5% Alc/Vol.

Doug!A Nelson Sauvin & Motueka fresh hopped Pilsner for our favourite Doug.This guy’s a legend, we had to make sure we brewed a beer that would match him. Hailing from North Otago, it was only right to use the colours. Fresh hop, because Doug is fresh as f*#k!Distinct fresh Nelson Sauvin characters, we got the hops into the kettle less than 45 minutes after picking! Green, grassy, & complimented with juicy bubble gum flavours from late and dry hopping with Motueka!

Pilsner

Our Pilsner is brewed with soft Waitakere water, German Pilsner malt and Motueka hops, then fermented with a classic Bavarian lager yeast. This Pilsner offers firm bitterness up front, followed by lemon/lime notes from the hops, and leading through to a refreshingly dry finish.

The juice has a lot going on.  A dry hopped Gose, sour wheat ale in a German style, a mouthful to describe, but the unique processes add a clean tart taste, making the juice a surprising mouthful of joy.

Pilsner. Brewed with Herkules and Saphir Hops. Crisp, refreshing, a trusted mate after a long day.

HELDEN - GERMAN PILSNER

Nothing will drive thirst away quite like Helden pilsner, cause we?re pilsners
lovers and that is a fact. We?ve used delicious German hops and New Zealand
malt to bring you a smooth, balanced beer that drives a subtle and calmingly
sweet mandarin citrus mouthfeel. It?s a Pilsner you will want to drink all the
time, probably even for ever and ever.

Precious Pete is the gap year you always wanted - a Euro style pils ready to pop. He goes down like a sweet biscuit with malt characters, balanced by a clean dry bitterness.

Duncan’s x Eggers Hops

An exclusive fresh hop Pilsner brewed with ‘Eggers Special’; a new hop from the breeding program at Eggers Hops Farm. 

Eggers Special hops impart new world tropical fruity flavours and aromas, reminiscent of classic NZ hops, complemented with spicy & earthy characteristics typically experienced with old world European hops. This flavour and aroma combination makes it perfect for a Pilsner style beer, crushable and perfectly crisp.

Contains: water, malted barley (gluten), FRESH Eggers Special hops, yeast 

The taste of Kiwi hay paddocks and sunshine, bright fresh fruity New Zealand hop aromas (passionfruit, mango, citrus) layered over a firm biscuity malt backbone.

A Kiwi classic, Emerson’s Pilsner beautifully showcases Nelson grown Riwaka hops. It's overt fruitiness oozes citrus and passionfruit aromas and flavours, and begs comparison with Marlborough’s world-beating Sauvignon Blancs. The beer’s palate shows a hint of early malt sweetness but develops a lengthy dry finish.
