Our citrus pale ale is approachable, moreish, and hauntingly good on any occasion. Originally brewed as a Halloween seasonal, interest lingered, like its lemony flavours, and it is now our best-selling beer. In the foggy past, patrons of The Bell Inn, our 600-year-old pub in Walberswick, told tall tales of ghostly ships that haunted the shore. The seeds of these stories were likely sown by smugglers trying to scare people away, but they later became the inspiration for everyone?s favourite eerie brew.
FULL OF END OF SUMMER MUSINGS, THIS THIRST QUENCHING HOP NUMBER GIVES YOU A WHIMSICAL HAZE OF FLAKED WHEAT AND OATS ON THE HORIZON OF TRADITIONAL ALE MALT. LIKE THE HALCYON BIRDS (KOTARE/ KINGFISHER) OF WAIHEKE ISLAND ? THIS BEER FLYS HIGH ON THE AFTERNOON THERMALS OF DRYHOP NOTE; CASCADE, MOSAIC AND NELSON SAUVIN HOPS. THE EARLY BITTERNESS IS A BALANCED DISCOVERY OF THE COLUMBUS HOP.
TROPICAL FRUIT, CITRUS AND PINE NEEDLES HELPS YOU SEND SUMMER FURTHER INTO THE CALENDAR YEAR.

The brew named after our beloved home town and one of the first beers we ever made!
'The Amberley' is a refreshing, thirst quenching New Zealand Pale Ale. Plenty of Ale malt and a small amount of wheat give a subtle sweetness which is gently complimented by the late addition of Riwaka and Cascade hops.
Stuck somewhere between Lager and Pale Ale, the Amberley suits beer connoisseurs and first-timers alike.

Flink is beautiful, sparkling thirst quencher. This fresh, light pale ale is low in alcohol yet full of flavour. We mixed in a bit of wheat malt, which results in a firm body and a very pleasant, soft mouth feel. A light dryhop with Galaxy and Mosaic hops is responsible for the tickle of subtle, fruity hoppiness.
