Greywacke Wild Sauvignon 2020/2021

The first year Kevin Judd made his Wild Sauvignon was in 2009 and the winemaking has remained consistent ever since with complexity, creaminess and a full body coming from the 100% barrel fermentation with wild yeasts followed by malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity for two thirds of the wine. It then spends approximately 11 months maturing in barrel and remains in tank for another six months for battonage (the French name for stirring the lees - the decomposing yeast cells left over in the wine).

All orders require a signature upon delivery, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.

All subscription plans and gift subscriptions prices include delivery to all New Zealand addresses.

All orders from our online liquor shop should arrive within 3-5 working days North Island and 5-7 working days South Island.

 

Exceptions during December:

In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
