Monbazillac is a classic Bordeaux sweet white wine, not unlike a Sauternes, but with a slightly higher proportion of Muscadelle. Botrytis adds delicious honeyed complexity and depth. Spice, quince and apricot notes dominate the well balanced palate. Juicy acidity and minerality gives this wine a great freshness.
