Outstanding new wave Albariño from the certified organic Headwaters Vineyard in Marlborough and the wine was made from grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain aromatic purity and freshness.

This wine is medium bodied, succulent and off dry with floral aromas, notes of lime and white stonefruit. A lush mid-palate moves to spicy and lingering, mineral finish.
