Big, dark and juicy are the words for Monastrell, which is the name of the thick skinned red grape from Spain, which is the star ingredient in this lovely dry red. 
Flavours of mocha, earth and dark chocolate combine with ripe black plum flavours in this wine, which drinks well now and will continue to evolve for the short to medium term. 
Monastrell is also known as Mourvedre in the south of France in the Rhone, the Languedoc and Provence. It makes outstanding dry, full bodied, deeply flavoursome wines, such as this one, which is certified organic.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.  

Exceptions during December:

In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.

Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
