An indulgently decadent imperial stout, enhanced by the addition of miso paste and vanilla. To create this culinary delight, we've curated a complex malt bill, with plenty of chocolate and roasted malts. Additional chocolate in the form of roasted cocoa husks equals a supremely velvety, full-bodied beer bursting with luscious chocolate

A very special "Imperial Gueuze" inspired blend of selected barrels from our library. One third each of spontaneously fermented 8, 6, and 4 year old barrels create a perfect marriage of funk, fruit, acidity and sherry-like aged flavours. We barrel aged our first beer in 2010 since then we have built up maybe the largest barrel programme in the Southern Hemisphere . Here we produce many different sour beers, some traditional, some not. - Soren Erikson - Brewer

A burst of juicy exotic fruits with a kaleidoscopic sour twist. Mango takes the spotlight, offering sweet, tropical notes. Tangy passionfruit adds a zesty and tropical layer. Subtle hop undertones, with hints of the Riwaka hop, introduce a floral and citrusy dimension. It's a mind-bending, tarty, taste-bud-twisting concoction.

This is a very modern, you might say new world, interpretation of this beer style. Based on the tradition we have used a Farmhouse yeast, which provides a plethora of funky, earthy, very "Belgian" flavours. From there we have upped the ante a fair bit by doubling the amount of malt, and thereby the alcohol, and loaded the kettle with punchy Nelson Sauvin hops.
First brewed in 2010, back for a limited release by popular demand.

This complex red sour beer has been brewed in the style of West Flanders, Belgium. Aged in large Oak Foeders for three years, a collection of wild yeast and bacteria go to work, slowly transforming the beer. The result is a unique beer, with flavours of plum, prunes and red wine, layered on top of a mouth puckering sourness and a dry, oak finish.
