A blackberry liqueur from Briottet, made from black, fleshy, ripe berries with a sweet taste balanced by juicy sharp freshness. 

Known by the Ancient Greeks and the Romans, the blackberry was not discovered in Europe until the 19th century. Picked when they are ripe, the fruit is black, fleshy, shiny, very juicy and a little sharp.
