A wonderful gift pack that will enable the recipient to discover the new whiskies from Jura. This 12-year-old whisky, which comes with two branded glasses, is the core of the island distillery's new range, and offers notes of gentle smoke, spice and dark fruit. The single malt was aged in bourbon casks for 12 years, followed by a brief spell in casks that previously held oloroso sherry ? just the thing to give it extra flavours of raisins, milk chocolate and citrus.
This fabulous gift pack of champagne includes Lallier's three top champagnes, Les Sous, Loridon and Ouvrage; all next level and small production.
Les Sous
Champagne Lallier Les Sous is 100% Pinot Noir from a single Grand Cru vineyard in Ay, which is planted on a sloping hillside of chalk soils. The high altitude site provides cool nights to retain freshness from the high acidity in the grapes, which also receive plentiful sunshine to aid ripeness, thanks to their elevated growing position.
This wine was aged on tirage (yeast lees) for over three years and bottled with four grams dosage per litre, making it a dry style.
Loridon
Champagne Lallier Loridon is 100% Chardonnay champagne made from grapes grown on a 1.6 hectare Grand Cru vineyard called Loridon, which is situated in Ay.
The base wine was fermented with Lallier yeasts then treated to a partial malolactic fermentation and the wine was aged on tirage for over three years then bottled as an extra brut style with three grams dosage per litre.
Ouvrage
Champagne Lallier Ouvrage is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, each coming, respectively from Le Meurtet Vineyard in Ay and Les Hureaux Vineyard in Oger. It was fermented with Lallier yeasts and blended with 20% reserve wines. The final wine was bottled with 3 grams dosage per litre, making it an extra brut style.
About Champagne Lallier
Lallier was founded in 1906 by Ren? Lallier, whose family owned and ran it until the company was purchased in 2004 by winemaker Francis Tibaut, who had worked for the family for many years and had a passion for these wines.
Tibaut purchased Lallier and he has now sold the company to Campari.
Lallier owns approximately 15 hectares of vineyards, mostly Grand Cru and mostly around the village of Ay, one of the Champagne region's key villages.
All Lallier champagnes are made solely from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Production is 400,000 bottles annually.
* The letter R is for recolt?, the French word for year.

Blush Rhubarb Gin
Handcrafted & triple distilled in New Zealand. Every detail has had attention paid to it, from flavour to the bottling and labelling.
Juniper notes dance on the palate leading to sweet juicy rhubarb flavours on the finish. With an indulgent pink hue, Blush Gin is a huge hit and best drunk over ice with some mint or with a splash of premium tonic water.
Much like a fine wine it’s important you store Blush Gin in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight. It is a natural product and it will fade when exposed to direct sunlight. Some natural sediment will occur over time, we recommend you shake Blush before you make it. It tastes so good we don’t see her gathering dust on the shelf for very long how ever.

Glendalough Rosé Gin
Three varieties of rose are used in making this Glendalough Rose Gin; the rare and elusive Wild Rose from the Wicklow mountains, large fragrant Heritage Roses and the ancient prized Damask Rose. All of which come together to make this a naturally pink and very floral gin.
Given the delicate nature of petals as an ingredient, this gin is distilled even slower and more gently than the Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin with vapour distillation playing a bigger part in extracting those essential oils and flavours.
After distilling, it is further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and of course the lovely pink hue.
This is not “just another pink gin”, far from it. The depth and complexity really needs to be tasted to be understood. Fresh flowers and fragrant juniper sweetness, blended by orange oil sharpness cutting through. A hint of liquorice slowly appears.

ABV: 37.5%

Manly Spirits Lilly Pink Gin
This fruity pink gin with its all natural raspberry infused pink hue has been handcrafted for pure tastebud delight. The zero-sugar pink recipe allows for a balanced gin that isn’t overly sweet, making it the perfect base for a summer cocktail or the health conscious gin lover.
With a classic juniper forward nose. The palate is balanced with soft raspberry notes, leading to a dry earthy finish from the Native Limes and Blood Orange.

Te Kairanga Runholder Pinot Noir Martinborough 21
Full bodied, earthy and superbly well structured Pinot Noir for now and the cellar. Runholder is one of our favourite full bodied Martinborough Pinot Noirs with spicy structured flavours of black plums, dark macerated cherries and smoky mushrooms with notes of cedar and pronounced oak. This wine begs to be decanted and savoured as it comes from a great warm and dry year, 2020, which produced outstanding Pinot Noirs.
Runholder is made with grapes grown on the Te Kairanga Home and McLeod vineyards, which were destemmed grapes then fermented in stainless and aged in French oak for 10 months for structured, smoothness and a velvety texture.
Winemaker John Kavanagh is one of the top Pinot Noir makers in Martinborough and has a long track record of outstanding Pinots from both this region and also in Nelson, in his former role at Neudorf Vineyards.
TK Runholder is dry as a bone with .29 grams of residual sugar per litre. It's made from seven clones of Pinot Noir: Abel, 777, 6, 5, 115, 667 and 828.
The Santisima range is a blend of distilled cane sugar (or agricole) and rum distilled and aged from molasses. The rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then hand selected and blended across different ages to create the different styles. The fifteen year old is big and round with flavours and aromas of nuts, stewed fruits and molasses.
