Australian Beer
Our imperial kettle sour base with a double dose of White Nectarine puree and juice. A kiss of fresh lemon and lime juice tie this slushy sour together like the local soda shop use to do.
Thick. Decadent. Over the top.
With puree added during the canning process, expect this little number to be literally jam-packed to the brim.
Try serving it semi-frozen after an hour or two in the freezer for the full slushy experience

Cali Dream is a new vibe for us - a South California Pilsner. By taking all the good stuff Germans do with their lagers and combining it with all the hop expressive techniques the US west coast does with its IPAs, we've got a modern match made in heaven. A crispy malt base and cold fermentation with a modern dry hopping process and a good dose of new world hops - citra and hand selected Riwaka.

We?ve been wanting to make a beer like this for a while, and who better to combine forces with than our pals at 450 North Brewing Co. hailing from the road-side in Columbus, IN. USA. Inspired by the humble Australian lamington, with its vanilla, coconut, cake, and icing sugar, we collectively decided that something ?extra? was needed. And so, arguably illegal amounts of banana, mango, and lactose were thrown in for good measure. We?re not partial to the adage that you can have too much of a good thing, and On the Lam really encapsulates that.
Slurp it up champ. BYO straw.

AUSTRALIAN LAGER
New Coopers Australian Lager, refreshing from first drop to last. With a bright golden hue originating from Coopers’ own lager malt, the beer pours clean and clear. Our easy-drinking modern Australian Lager features stone fruit and citrus aromas, with a dash of late hopping adding subtle tropical notes. A slow fermentation using traditional lager yeast creates delicate floral notes on the palate. Finally an authentic Australian Lager that pairs well with a barbie on a sunny day.

Pressure Drop is an absurd unit of a smoothie sour with a boatload of Aussie banana, strawberries, and blueberries rounded out with PNG Vanilla beans, and a double dose of Bega, NSW lactose. Fermented on the fruit with another addition added at packaging, expect a dominant berry flavour with a much-welcome dose of vanilla for a hint of rounding sweetness and a thick mouthfeel.

Locked On is a brand new fruited sour straight out of our pilot program. On a base of wheat, spelt, barley, and rye we?ve combined three types of lactobacillus and let them work their magic over 3 weeks before fermenting out with a Belgian yeast on a blend of morello and sweet cherries. The result is a tart, slightly acetic, acidity with a deep, full cherry character while a small addition of fresh cherry juice at canning provides a sweet and fruit-forward structure.

A new house favourite hop here at One Drop. Teaming up with world-class hop growers Freestyle Hops, we?re using 2 hand-selected lots of Peacharine, the latest advanced selection from their hop breeding programme over in NZ. Alongside a double dry hop of these choice as cones, we?ve also got our hands on a global-exclusive trial of this same hop processed into their SubZero Hop Kief? - A liquid dry-hop made with a cryogenic, solventless, separation process. What legends. On a soft base of spelt and oat, expect a ?uge NZ hop character with hits of rich peach, ripe nectarine, and an appealing citrus backbone.

Free Flow is an ultra-modern DDH Ale brewed with industry-leading ingredients from our pals at Freestyle Hops? and Phantasm?. Made IRL with the world-class hop growers from the Moutere, NZ, we?re using hand-selected lots of Peacharine?, Nelson Sauvin, and one of their experimental hops Manilita? - Straight from their Amplifier Trial block in Sunrise Valley. Expect sweet tropical, red grapefruit, and papaya goodness. Secondly, from our pal Jos, we?ve gotten our birthday mits on some very cool, very rare Liquid Phantasm? - an amplified liquid version of their thiol-boosting Sauvignon Blanc skin powder. All a long way of saying this sud tube is a phancy banger.

Not Even, an ultra-modern Double Dry Hopped Hoppy Ale, is the brainchild of our first south-of-the-bridge collaboration with haze lords Range Brewing from Newstead, QLD. Pouring uber pale, with a deep haze, and an almost unfair amount of aroma popping off the top of this thing, you know you're on a one-way ticket to hoppy town. A blend of Nelson Sauvin, Citra?, and Phantasm? lay down intensely saturating notes of passionfruit coulis, citrus rind, and white grape lollies while wave after wave of mojito, red berries, and apricot air-freshner pop off thanks to lashings of Simcoe CRYO? and FS Motueka. Ordinary? Plain Jane? Nothing special? Not even.

Coopers Ultra Light has all the hallmarks of a great premium beer. It has a rich golden colour, and has a full malty aroma and flavour with one important difference: an alcohol content of only 0.5%.
The flavour is initially sweet but is balanced by the moderately high bitterness and finishes with a soft body with good carbonation and crisp after-bitterness.
