Via Terra (literally ?the way of the earth?) is produced by renown wine company Edet?ria, located in Gandesa, the centre of DO Terra Alta. They produce authentic, characterful wines from their own 60ha of estate vineyards, carefully controlling all levels of production. The focus is on indigenous grapes, searching the purest soil expression.
This gem is made from Garnacha vines that are at least 25 years old grown in well-drained, limestone-influenced soil terraces located in la Plana de Gandesa. Once in the cellar, there are two different wine making processes. A first one, with a cold maceration of grapes, to obtain all of Grenache?s inherent fruitiness, and a second more traditional one, with riper grapes to achieve a more complex structure. The wine is then aged in 300 litre French oak barrels for 6 months.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
