SUNSHINE BREWING COLD AS RICE BRUT COLD IPA 440ML

We’re as cold as ice, and willing to sacrifice… Well… This time we are axing the sugar and body by using rice in the grain bill and letting enzymes finish off the rest of residual sugar.  Another Sunshine spinoff, Cold IPA x Brut IPA.  Another way to allow the hops shine and take the lead in another modern IPA.  Sultana, Sorachi Ace, and Nelson Sauvin hops have been used to add upfront herbaceous, grassy, citrus notes which will leap of this refreshingly dry, crisp IPA.
