Bottle fermented, riddled by hand then disgorged after 12 months on lees, the 2016 vintage is liqueured with Oloroso and Topaque unique to Australian cellars.
The Comet Tail opens with blackcurrant, dark cherry and Mirabelle plum before floating across your palate with savoury liquorice and clove. Finishing long with chalky tannins, this traditional method wine is fresh and vibrant.
