A soft kettle sour with over 200gm/L of dark + sour cherries added during fermentation. Turning the cherry factor up to 10, we then left this alone in the dark to quietly rest on skins for 2 weeks. Uniquely tart with a dark, decadent cherry character, and a soft fruity finish.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
