Matsui Sakura Cask Whisky is a single malt produced by the Kurayoshi Distillery. Aged in cherry wood casks. Fresh spring water from the streams of Mount Daisen is used in the blending resulting in a refreshing finish.
Almond with hints of fresh orange, melon and spice on the nose. Baking spices and citrus on the palate with notes of spring blossom. White pepper heat and vanilla sponge cake on the finish.
