Gonzales Byass has revived the tradition of making Red Vermouth using original recipes from the winery's archive, dating back to the 19th century. Vermouth La Copa is made from our distinguished Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez soleras, blended together with a special selection of botanicals.
Intense, spiced aromas with hints of clove and cinnamon, combining an elegant, yet seductive, bitterness at the finish. The perfect aperitif to revive the classic "Vermouth moment".

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
