Elephant Hill Sea Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Stunning Sauvignon Blanc from a vineyard literally across the road from the Pacific Ocean on the coast at Te Awanga, a site where the vines benefit from their close proximity to the ocean, moderates the temperature, allowing grapes to slowly mature. This preserves their lively acidity and develops intense flavours, which express themselves here as ripe citrus and hints of tropical fruit, without being over the top.
