This is the most complex Chardonnay from Elephant Hill's top cuvees and its savoury layers of flavour come from extended barrel fermentation and ageing of 12 months. This adds depth, weight and a flavour spectrum that spans stonefruit aromas of peach with balancing citrus and a nutty backbone.
This is an extremely impressive wine, putting Hawke's Bay's and Elephant Hill Winery's best foot forward.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
