Merlot is the queen in this dry rosé with its pale pink colour and a style of flavour that is modelled on dry southern French pink wines. Winemaker Dan Brennan has gone for savoury flavours with a fruity appeal; expect to find notes orange blossom, crushed wild thyme, and ripe berries.
