A clean and fresh champagne with flavours of citrus, pear, apricot, hazelnut and a touch of buttery brioche.

Chardonnay : 50-55%

Pinot Noir : 30-35%

Pinot Meunier : 10-15%

Reserve wines : 30-35%

Ageing on lees : 4 years
