BROKEN HIVE HONEY RUBBLE MEAD 750ML

A blend of certified organic honeys including wild thyme and clover from the Central Otago region.

This is a sophisticated Mead designed to be equally enjoyable with food and friends or by ones self in quiet contemplation.

TASTING NOTE
Vibrant amber hue. Fragrant aromas of caramelized honey, stewed persimmon and sweet thyme notes intermingled with jasmine and honeysuckle.  Velvety mouthful of malt and honey-soaked figs, well balanced mid palate with a dry finish of poached pears sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice.
