Gorgeous Central Otago Pinot Noir with bright fragrant red cherries and spicy notes in every complex sip. This wine is made by winemaker Jen Parr from hand picked grapes grown on the Black Quail vineyard in Bannockburn. An elegant, bright fruited wine with a silky lithe texture in each sip. The addition of 30% whole bunches of Pinot Noir to the ferment adds structure and weight, spicy flavour notes and depth. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered which further enhances its structural qualities.
