Small Batch Rum made from all natural sugarcane. Proudly made in the Bay of Islands in the far north of New Zealand in a traditional 100% copper pot still. The rum is aged in small oak barrels to impart Black Collar's particular flavour profile. This makes this rum light and extremely smooth.
Caramel, burnt toffee, vanilla, butterscotch and light oak on the nose. Smooth on the palate, natural with a hint of sweetness shining through.
Black Collar distillery recommends to allow the rum to breathe momentarily before serving once the bottle is opened,
