Aged on lees in bottle following secondary fermentation for 18 months, riddled, disgorged, aged on cork for an additional minimum 3 mths before release.
LIfted florals, citrus and stonefruit perfume, with freshly baked baguette. Palate is zesty and fresh, with complex autolytic toasted brioche notes and fine persistent bead. Lovely length and mouth filling richness balanced with bright acidity. The perfect aperitif.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
