Le Tribute Gin comes in a beautiful light green fluted glass with glorious copper accents that has been designed to look like an antique medicine bottle.
This gin was made by the same team who created the highly celebrated Gin Mare. Distilled seven times with a focus on citrus botanicals, Le Tribute is a stunningly vibrant citrus gin. Citric presence on the nose with fruity and juniper notes. Fresh and fruity on the palate with vibrant citric notes and an underlying touch of lemongrass and juniper. Fresh yet dry enough.
The tonic has specially sourced quinine from the Loja Provence in Ecuador and has notes of Lemongrass to pair perfectly with the gin.
In 2005 Xavier Vanneste, son of Mrs Véronique Maes, renovated and restarted the old brewery which had been in the family since 1856. He launched Brugse Zot, a new beer with a unique recipe. Today Brugse Zot is the only beer brewed in Bruges’ town centre!
The people of Bruges are known as "Brugse Zotten" (Bruges Fools), also known as "Brugse Jonckers"

Pronounced 'Tlah', Tl?th means gentle and/or mellow. With Tomintoul known as 'the gentle dram', this particular expression is along the same easy-going Speysider lines and is matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
Nose: Quintessentially Speyside. Light, with some sweet toffee and vanilla and hints of mint leaf and citrus peel.
Palate: Light and creamy. Lively white pepper and some oak-driven spiciness dance on the tongue with background layers of nutmeg and toasted vanilla.
Finish: Spicy with notes of shortbread and fresh mint.
The Cuve?e Royale Brut is a superbly intense champagne with depth of flavour and complex tastes of white peach, floral notes of white flowers giving way to the fruity ones and dialled up yeasty freshness, derived from 36 months aging with 20% reserve wines in the blend. The cepage is 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier and grapes come from over 20 different top ranking vineyards, including at Cumie?res, Damery, Hautvillers and Verneuil.
What the critics say
?Vanilla shortbread seems seductive on the nose. Slender but fine palate majors on the lemon, spice, and hints of honey in a soothing and gentle fashion. Lovely aperitif. Drinking Window 2020 to 2025.?

Nose: Initial fruit notes of sweet pear that develop into zesty citrus peel with some dark fruits in the background. The American oak adds a rich wood spice contribution along with sweet notes of vanilla, chocolate and toasted oak. Hints of cinnamon and clove delicately work in balance with the sweet M?laga wine cask influence.
Taste: Luscious, with sweet orchard fruits and light hints of blackcurrants, plums and raisins.
